Fat people from your childhood

I'm rather young as far as 400+ people go, and I've been fat my whole life. There are no pictures from my childhood in which I wasn't pudgy, and by elementary school, I was too fat for the tiny one-piece desks in my classrooms. My parents are both relatively fit, and they tried to watch my food intake and encourage me to get outside. It just didn't stick, because I liked food, and I didn't mind being the fat kid or even being teased for it. In high school, I hit 300 and never looked back, even when my parents promised me a car and whole new wardrobe if I agreed to go to a summer "Active Camp". As I approach 30, my family has given up their hopes there is a thin person inside of me, hoping to get out.

Growing up, most of my mom's friends were relatively fit too. However, I had one friend whose mom was massive-- fatter than I am now-- and I can see on social media she hasn't lost a pound (though her daughter is now super fit). As a kid, I enjoyed going to their house so much. It wasn't because there was necessarily an overabundance of food or snacks around, and she certainly never pushed food, but she also never batted an eye when I ate as much as I wanted. And her hugs were so warm and welcoming. I also remember she had a very hearty, genuine laugh, and her belly shook thunderously when she was amused.

I'll also add, in my experience, instead of seeing a lot of people get bigger as they get older, I've known a lot of people older than me who got into fitness at some point and have made it their lifestyle. That's wonderful as a personal choice of course, but I love that my friend's mom is just a fat as ever, if not bigger. I guess well over 550 lb. She is also still mobile, though I have seen some pictures of her using a scooter.

Do any of you feedees or gainers remember obese people in your community who you enjoyed being around, even if they didn't directly influence you? Are they still fat?

Back in my last 2 years of high school I used to have this guy who was way bigger than me at the time,(At this point I'm catching up to him)who if I had to guess was around 300 to 330 pounds. The thing about him is that for a guy,he was really curvy that it seemed like all of his fat was going directly to his thighs and rear end.For a smaller guy like me at the time, I had no idea a guy could get so big that he started to look so curvy and it motivated me to get to his size or even bigger than him.

As i talked to him even more,he told me that he trying to lose the weight unfortunately, which was a bit disappointing to hear but I completely understand that its his body and his choice so I didn't say anything to change his mind

The last time I saw him was about 5 months ago and he did lose some weight but he was still far from being just chubby.

My best friend in elementary school was fat, and I blame her for my fetish since it started when I was around 8-9, just after we started being friends. I feel kind of bad now about how much I used to love it when her shirt rode up and I'd see her belly, because she was always super shy and embarrassed about her weight. Her family moved away when she was 11, so I only saw her a few times after that. I think she was over 200lbs at 12, but then started to lose weight. I haven't seen her since we were 15 as we kind of stopped having anything in common, but my mom is still in contact with her mom and apparently she's kept the weight off. I'm probably 50-100lbs heavier than her now, which is weird to think about since she was always the fat one when I knew her.

Another one was a boy a year older than me who lived next door to my grandparents. He was only barely overweight for most of the time I knew him and more brawny than fat. He was actually kind of a dick and the first clear memory of him I have is of my grandparents taking us for a walk in the woods near their house when I was 6 or 7, and him pushing me over in a muddy puddle. He stopped coming round after I was 10 or so because I'd had enough of him by that point, but I saw him a few times after that and he really blew up in a fairly short space of time. He was easily 350lbs in high school. His parents still live next door to my grandparents, but I haven't seen him in about 10 years. According to my grandma he's only gotten bigger, but I don't know how reliable that is since she always thinks I've gained weight even when I haven't.

The biggest person I remember seeing on a regular basis was a woman at our church, who was in a wheelchair most of the time due to her weight. Her belly was so big, it looked like she had a beanbag in her lap. I used to fantasize a lot about being her and having to be pushed into the church in a wheelchair because of this huge belly. Unfortunately she died a few years ago, and I think she was only in her early 40s.
